By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Purchase Contract

This website is operated by Putney Florist (hereinafter also referred to as “we”, “us”
or “our”). All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and
Conditions.
We sell goods only to end-user consumers.

Price and Delivery Charges

The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your
order (usually by clicking the “Checkout” button). If you subsequently amend your order,
the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the
amended order is confirmed.
The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable.
The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery. These charges are in
addition and as follows :-
• For standard delivery, there is a standard delivery charge of £6.00 per item ( if
different address provided)
• The delivery charge is calculated automatically and shown on the website when you
place your order.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by debit card, credit card, or through your own PayPal Account.
You cannot pay for an online order by cash or cheque. There is minimum order
requirement when ordering single stem flowers.

The debit & credit cards accepted by us are those listed on the website on the date on
which your order is placed.
Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for
payment at any stage.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify us in full against all costs, fees, expenses
and outgoings incurred by us in the process of obtaining payment.

Disclaimer of Warranties; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will
be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of
time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are
(except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use,
without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or
implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable
quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall PUTNEY FLORIST, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents,
contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss,
claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of
any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data,
replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including
negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or
any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to
your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or
omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the
use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made
available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or
incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the
maximum extent permitted by law.

Customer Complaints

At PUTNEY FLORIST, we are committed to providing an excellent service. If however,
we have sent you products that you are not entirely happy with, please contact us with
your comments. We need to know where we can improve our service and products and
will do all we can to put it right for you. Any comments and customer complaints should

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices from you
to us must be in writing and sent to us via the email address listed on the “Contact Us ”
page on our website.
